Institutional Sales of Reading Plus®
Why should I consider Reading Plus for my school or adult program?
Reading Plus 3.6 is the latest computer-based reading improvement program developed by Taylor Associates. For over 50 years, Taylor Associates has produced materials that integrate visual tracking, perception, and comprehension . Version 3.6 covers the full spectrum of reading development, from Pre-Primer up through the first year of college . They enable readers of all levels to develop their reading rate and effectiveness. Adult literacy programs can use adult interest selections written at basic literacy levels.
Is there a way to assess and report results for NCLB?
Reading Plus® is available to schools, school districts, colleges, and public or private institutions working to develop the skills of their clients. A critical benefit of the programs is the ability to quickly produce progress reports that meet the requirements of NCLB, Title 1, and state and federal funding sources. Program managers can instantly review a day’s activities and results for individuals, classes, or the entire program.
How much does it cost?
The answer, of course, depends on how many people will use the program, who will host the program and whether you want to own or rent the program. In tight financial times, you want to review your options to determine what package will suit your needs both now and in the future.
Reading Plus® programs are available online, or in LAN or WAN configurations. The staff at Optimum Reading is trained in helping clients identify their program needs and the most efficient way to package the programs. They also can provide the training needed to be sure that both clients and providers are using the programs in the most effective way.
